This is a varied role at the heart of a small, collaborative team. You’ll work closely with Regional SAMs, Centre Network teams and client stakeholders, providing website support, CMS training and advice, managing digital content and helping the client understand website engagement and performance through effective reporting.

Reporting to the Business Director, you’ll be comfortable coordinating multiple priorities and taking ownership of a varied workload. Your day could include managing website queries, updating digital content, organising and delivering virtual CMS training, coordinating training materials, managing website access requests and producing performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining an effective working relationship with the client Marketing Executive and wider Retail Marketing team, including chairing weekly status meetings to agree priorities and next actions
  • Working collaboratively with client, Centre and internal stakeholders to coordinate website activity and provide effective day-to-day support
  • Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail across client and internal communications
  • Organising and delivering virtual CMS training for Centre stakeholders, including scheduling sessions, coordinating communications and materials, delivering training and reporting training status to client teams
  • Maintaining the training calendar and adapting schedules where required to support the needs of the client and Centre network
  • Gathering and reporting satisfaction feedback to help measure the effectiveness of Centre website training
  • Developing website insight reports that provide Centres and head office stakeholders with a clear view of website engagement and performance
  • Capturing and reporting Centre website queries and required bug fixes, ensuring the wider team has clear visibility of issues and progress
  • Identifying opportunities to improve Centre website support and add value for the client, such as developing useful guides and support materials
  • Supporting the client team with uploading and managing content across Centre websites
  • Editing or recommending content changes where appropriate, working with Regional SAMs and Centre stakeholders to ensure content meets agreed standards
  • Managing website access requests
  • Collaborating with and supporting the wider team on other campaigns and production activity when required
  • Supporting Centre HTML communications when capacity and priorities allow, including HTML build, testing and compliant data management

About The Person…

  • Experience producing or managing web-based content using a Content Management System (CMS) or similar digital platform
  • An understanding of digital projects, workflows and publishing processes
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with confidence working with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work
  • Confidence delivering training, demonstrations or guidance to others, or an interest in developing this skill
  • Experience producing digital reports or using data to communicate performance and insight
  • An understanding of advertising and marketing processes
  • A collaborative and adaptable approach to working
  • Experience within automotive, agency or multi-site/retail environments would be welcome but is not essential

And in return…

  • 25 days’ holiday, increasing to 29 after two years’ service, plus Bank Holidays
  • Company pension scheme, with enhanced Employer contributions after 1 years’ service
  • Medical Cash Plan – including employee assist programme, contributions to dental, optical, physio etc.
