Interim M&E Manager

We are currently seeking a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Manager with an electrical bias to join a dynamic social housing provider in North East London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with an electrical / M&E background to join a fantastic M&E team.
Location: London, UK
Rate: £400 - £500 per day
Hybrid working
Responsibilities:
- This M&E Manager will be required to oversee and manage rolling contracts and contractor procurement.
- Responsible for overseeing the quality and value for money of the service provided.
- You will be working with contractors and consultant partners, colleagues and residents to ensure that customer involvement and resident satisfaction is at the core of the decision making process and delivery of services.
- Ensure that the electrical, gas and LOLER regulations and standards are adhered to, maintaining compliance.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Manager within a social housing provider or associated contractor.
- Excellent understanding of current regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience monitoring and managing contractor performance.
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise between contractors, consultancies, residents and other stakeholders.
