We are currently seeking an Electrical Inspector / Supervisor to join a dynamic local authority in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with an electrical background to join a fantastic M&E team.
Salary and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- The Electrical Inspector will be responsible for overseeing electrical services, maintenance, installations and parts of complex capital works across organisational stock.
- Responsible for ensuring electrical compliance for the full local authority portfolio.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Work with contractors and consultant partners, colleagues and residents to ensure that customer involvement and resident satisfaction is at the core of the decision-making process and delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a similar role within a social housing provider or local authority.
- In depth knowledge of regulatory standards and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise between contractors, consultancies, residents and other stakeholders.
