Interim Fire Safety Surveyor | London | £400–£450 per day I'm currently working with a well-regarded Housing Association in London that is looking to appoint an experienced Interim Fire Safety Surveyor to support its property compliance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fire safety professional to play a key role in ensuring residential properties remain safe, compliant, and fully aligned with current fire safety legislation.
The Role
- Undertake fire safety inspections and surveys across a varied residential portfolio.
- Review fire risk assessments and oversee the completion of remedial works.
- Provide technical advice on fire safety compliance and building safety.
- Work closely with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Support the organisation in meeting its statutory and regulatory obligations. About You
- Proven experience in a Fire Safety Surveyor or similar role within social housing, local authority or residential property.
- Strong understanding of current fire safety legislation, regulations and best practice.
- Experience managing fire safety remedial works and contractor performance.
