What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership of a People & Culture / HR function across at least two of the countries where we operate.
- Strong experience partnering with or leading Total Reward (including benefits and equity) and Learning & Development teams.
- Demonstrated success in developing or leading a people strategy that advances learning, wellbeing, culture and high performance across multiple regions.
- Confidence operating within a global matrix organization, with a collaborative and relationship‐driven leadership style.

Position Purpose
As Chief People Officer, you will play a key part in harnessing the power of our diverse, committed, engaged, and highly motivated workforce to meet the business challenges. This is an important role for an energetic, authentic leader and would suit a leader with a commercial approach, excellent communication and influencing skills.
Main Activities
- Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate closely with the executive team and act as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and communicate the global People & Culture strategy designed to align with overall business outcomes.
- Own DEI initiatives and ensure inclusion throughout the organization.
- Operational Leadership
- Design and maintain operational processes and systems that support business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with external and internal controls, managing risks and mitigation.
- Lead key initiatives and projects that drive organizational effectiveness.
- Team Leadership
- Lead the functional teams: Reward & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Systems.
- Establish succession planning and development pathways for all roles.
- Provide coaching and performance management for direct reports.
- Board & Committee Support
- Prepare reports for the Board, Compensation Committee and Human Resource Committee.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Skills
- Proven international people leadership experience with knowledge of employment legislation in at least one other country.
- Trusted advisor to senior executives and board members.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial acumen and ability to translate people programs into business opportunities.
- Experience with job mapping, benchmarking and incentive/ share schemes.
- Knowledge of learning & development and people systems.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or equivalent education.
- Member or Fellow of CIPD.
