We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing at Bravo Investment House. You’ll lead marketing for The Quarters by Bravo (our serviced living and aparthotel brand) while also building the brands for new Bravo projects. This role is a mix of strategy and delivery, from brand creation and digital growth to investor reporting and team leadership. You’ll manage one Marketing Assistant and work closely with General Managers across our sites, as well as agencies and design partners.
We need someone who can make an impact with a lean budget: commercially minded, resourceful, and creative, always focused on ROI.
What you’ll do
- Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy and budget.
- Create and launch brands for new Bravo projects.
- Manage SEO, websites, digital campaigns, and explore AI-driven tools.
- Protect and grow Bravo’s brand identity across channels.
- Produce board reports, investor packs, and regular performance updates.
- Partner with agencies, designers, and GMs to deliver smart, effective campaigns.
- Lead budget planning, approvals, and reconciliations.
- Manage and mentor the Marketing Assistant.
