We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our team in our Solihull Shop. This role is 2 × 10 hours per week on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with a starting hourly rate of £12.21, increasing to £12.40 after successfully completing a 3‑month probation period. We seek a flexible candidate who can work weekdays as well as weekends and is available to cover our opening hours below.

- Mon – Wed: 9:30 am – 6 pm
- Thu: 9:30 am – 7 pm
- Fri: 9:30 am – 6 pm
- Sat: 9 am – 6 pm
- Sun: 11 am – 5 pm
- Bank Holidays: 9:30 am – 6 pm

About the Role
As a Retail Assistant you will inspire customers to feel amazing, creating a fantastic experience from the moment they walk into the store. Your day will be varied – you should enjoy being part of a team dedicated to delivering excellent service in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. You will provide our ‘feel‑good’ fitting experience, give customers insight into their size and flattering styles, manage stock on the floor and behind the scenes, and operate the till system.

You have a growth mindset and a proactive approach to self‑development. You can work collaboratively with the whole shop team. You are open, honest and have integrity. Previous experience in retail, or in the lingerie industry, is not required – we provide all the training you need. What matters most is a real passion for delivering an amazing customer experience and an eagerness to learn!
