Join our team in our Guildford shop as a Retail Assistant and help deliver a high‑quality fitting experience to our customers.
Contract: 1 × 10 hours per week, permanent contract
Salary: Starting rate £12.21 per hour, moving to £12.40 after passing a 3‑month probation
Working hours flexibility: We require flexibility; you should be available weekdays and weekends.
Store Opening Hours:
- Mon – Fri: 10am – 5:30pm
- Sat: 9:30am – 6pm
- Sun: 11am – 5pm
- Bank Holidays: 11am – 5pm

About the Role: As a Retail Assistant, you will inspire women, creating a fantastic experience from the moment they walk into the store. You will provide a ‘feel good’ fitting experience, guiding customers on size and style. You will also manage stock on the shop floor and behind the scenes, and operate the till system.
About You: You have an affinity with our purpose and brand with a passion for culture and commercial success. You are confident working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. You have a growth mindset and proactive approach to self‑development. You can work collaboratively with the whole shop team. You are open, honest and have integrity. You are people‑oriented, show empathy and enjoy interacting with a diverse range of people. You enjoy what you do and elevate the shop environment with a positive attitude daily. Previous experience in retail, or in the lingerie industry is not needed – we will give you all the training you need. What is more important is a passion for delivering an amazing customer experience and an eagerness to learn.
