About the role:
Working with Bravissimo as a Retail Assistant is a job like no other! Every day, you will inspire women to feel amazing, creating a fantastic experience for our customers from the moment they walk into the store. Your role will be extremely varied and you should enjoy being part of a team that is dedicated to giving our customers fantastic service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should genuinely love going the extra mile to help others. As a Retail Assistant, your role will involve providing our ‘feel good’ fitting experience to customers, giving them real insight into their size and the styles that fit and flatter them. You will also manage stock, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes, as well as operating the till system.
About You:
You’ll have an affinity with our purpose and brand, with a passion for our culture and our commercial success, now and in the future. You’ll be confident in working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You’ll have a growth mindset and proactive approach to self-development. Previous experience in retail, or in the lingerie industry is not needed as we will give you all the training you need.
