The purpose of this role is to provide a friendly and professional experience to our external customers and internal teams at Bra HQ, whether that be by telephone, email or in person. You will play a key role for our HQ by being the first point of contact for all facility related queries and provide support to the other functions within the People & Culture team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, so we are looking for someone who is keen to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in!

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors to the Bra HQ and being the first point of contact for telephone enquiries.
  • Helping set up meeting rooms for various activities and for HQ events.
  • Handling all facilities contracts to ensure we provide a safe and clean environment for our teams.
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Keeping on top of HQ stationery, supplies and sundries.
  • Carrying out HQ induction sessions with any new starters at Bra HQ.
  • Maintaining the security system through allocating fobs to all new staff and visitors.
  • Assisting the Property & Maintenance manager with Health & Safety requirements at HQ and the coordination of all first aid requirements.
  • Liaising with shop teams to support gift voucher and name badge requests.

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Reliable and committed.
  • Able to respond well to a variety of tasks with a positive attitude.
