Support the planning and delivery of direct mail campaigns, particularly magazines, for UK and US customers to help drive engagement, customer loyalty and sales.
Responsibilities
- Help plan and deliver direct mail communications accurately and on time, with support from the wider team.
- Help manage the planning and production of the magazine using Monday.com.
- Assist with budget tracking and delivering campaigns within budget.
- Ensure all communications and marketing materials reflect Bravissimo's brand values, tone of voice and style guidelines.
- Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders to support integrated multi-channel campaigns and build strong working relationships.
- Work closely with the Email Marketing Executive to support BAU campaigns for the US market, including planning and building emails, flow maintenance and reporting.
- Provide administrative support across the magazine and CRM programmes, including raising purchase orders, resolving data queries and managing shared inboxes.
Qualifications
- A graduate with a relevant degree or at least 1 year's experience in a marketing role.
- Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to completing tasks accurately.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence to work with different teams and a willingness to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
