Purpose of the Role
This role supports the smooth running, safety and maintenance of our retail stores, warehouse and HQ. You will assist with day-to-day maintenance coordination, help manage property projects, maintain key records, and act as a central point of contact for our internal teams and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Facilities Support- Act as the first point of contact for maintenance issues across the estate, assessing requests and coordinating resolutions.
- Track reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring completion to required standards and SLAs.
- Support statutory compliance by maintaining accurate records (fire safety, electrical testing, water hygiene).
- Maintain asset, warranty and service documentation.
- Carry out regular site checks (virtual or on-site) to identify issues early and support preventative maintenance.
- Assist with shop fit-outs (new & existing), refurbishments and small works, including scheduling, documentation and supplier coordination.
- Prepare project packs, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders updated.
- Support quote collation, purchase orders and basic project budget tracking.
- Maintain property files, leases, compliance certificates and estate data.
- Support management of dilapidations schedules and follow-up actions.
- Keep departmental filing and property documentation organised and up to date.
- Build strong relationships with store, warehouse and HQ teams, as well as external contractors.
- Support supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with Bravissimo policies and H&S standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and elevate issues when required.
- Help maintain and communicate H&S policies across the estate.
- Coordinate routine H&S checks, advising store teams and tracking actions.
- Act as a point of contact for local authorities and regulatory bodies when needed.
Person Specification

- Experience in facilities, property, maintenance or operational support.
- Effective communicator who builds rapport quickly.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of basic H&S and compliance principles.
