Purpose of the role:

To support the Merchandising department in the ordering and trading of Bravissimo stock with the aim that stock and choice is optimised in line with business and customer requirements, and that our customers have great choice, by individual size, in whatever channel they choose to shop in.

Key accountabilities:

  • You will be responsible for the administration on the department where all documents/systems are kept accurate and updated in a timely manner.
  • You will be assisting the Junior Merchandiser in the day to day running of the department in terms of admin as well as supporting with analysis/trading of the range.
  • You will be communicating on a daily basis with our factories overseas and customer facing teams to manage/update on changes to the range.

Person specification:

  • Academic qualification in a mathematical or analytical subject.
  • Experience of working in a retail or multi-channel environment.
  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience within Merchandising in a retail head office environment.
  • Outstanding level of numeracy and speed of understanding.
  • Enjoys working with people and able to build relationships across the business.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with all levels of the company and the ability to engage others.
  • Logical thinker with a questioning approach.
  • Experience using merchandising systems and Microsoft Excel.
