Job Overview

Reporting into the ACDs, this role is a mid‑weight Creative position within the Social Chain team.

The role supports, champions, and embodies agency values while growing and developing skillsets.

You will lead on smaller briefs, develop messaging frameworks, and refine campaign ideas with a focus on social‑first content ideation, scope, KPIs and budget.

  • Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Social‑first content ideation – both pre‑planned and reactive ideation.
  • Brief team members to execute production, producing own work where feasible (e. g., creator‑style video content).
  • Curiosity about AI, emerging technologies and new creative tools, with an eagerness to experiment and learn.
  • Mentor junior creatives and support their development.
  • Maintain pulse of trends and the social space, translating these into client opportunities.
  • Spot reactive social media opportunities and create the ensuing content.
  • Deliver own projects, keeping senior creatives informed and up to date.
  • Copywriting.
  • Work with ACDs and Resource team to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Job Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in Social marketing, Social PR or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Senior Social Media Executive/Manager or similar.
  • Proven experience within Social Campaign and Content projects.
  • Portfolio of consistent, social‑first work.
  • Presentation skills required.
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven craft skills required.
  • Basic deck design skills are essential (design skills desirable).
  • Basic video filming/editing skills.
  • Proven passion for social.
  • Vision to grow and develop.
  • Determination to “get it done.”
  • Ambition to create generation‑defining work.
