We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded French-Speaking Influencer Manager.
Reporting to the Business Director, you will co-lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of influencer campaigns for a key client, acting as the primary influencer specialist and trusted advisor across the account.
You will combine strong influencer marketingexpertisewith commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for creator culture.
You will be responsible for developing creator strategies that drive measurable business impact, building strong creator partnerships, and identifying opportunities to grow both client value and agency revenue.
This is a 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract role with potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Sourcing & Management
- Co-Lead and own the identification, evaluation, and selection of French-speaking creators and UGC talent aligned with campaign objectives.
- Manage all talent outreach, communications, and relationship building in French, ensuring cultural nuance and strong rapport.
- Lead talent fee negotiations and oversee all talent/UGC contracting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand and legal requirements.
- Campaign Coordination & Logistics
- Own end-to-end influencer campaign delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
- Coordinate all influencer logistics, including content timelines, deliverables, and third‑party providers (e. g., production, gifting, sampling) if and where required.
- Brief creators clearly and effectively, ensuring they understand the campaign strategy, brand tone, deliverables, and approval workflows.
- Maintain smooth day‑to‑day coordination, escalating issues or delays as needed.
- Tools, Data & Reporting
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimise content, creators, and investment.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Define success metrics and evaluate influencer performance against campaign objectives.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, industry developments, and creator economy trends.
- Iinput, update, and manage influencer data using platforms such as Creator IQ®
- Maintain central documentation, admin records, and tracking sheets to ensure operational accuracy and transparency.
- Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Manage influencer budgets and forecasting, ensuring spend is tracked accurately and efficiently.
- Lead fee negotiations and drive commercial value throughout campaign planning and execution.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and additional influencer activations.
- Ensure accurate management of invoices, contracts, usage rights, and financial documentation.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Paid Media, Talent, and Production)
- Ensure all creator content meets brand, creative, and quality standards before approvals and publishing.
- Share market and cultural insights to help teams understand French audience behaviours and platform trends.
