This role is essential for our client's growth. As a Lawyer, you will run a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files involving sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build properties. You will have at least three years of residential conveyancing experience.
Applications are welcome from experienced Conveyancing Executives or Newly Qualified Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX Lawyers or Solicitors. You will be committed to providing a high level of client care. You will be an ambitious and dynamic individual. A positive “can do” attitude is key to our culture and business model. You will be organised, have a strong work ethic and good attention to detail.
Essential Requirements:
- You will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or an experienced Conveyancing Executive with a strong track record in managing your own caseload.
- Solid experience across a range of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality client service with a personable and professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage files proactively and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
