As a Senior Account Manager, Supply (Mobile), you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with BRAVE’s publisher partners. You will work closely with direct mobile app publishers (and secondarily with web and CTV publishers) to optimize monetization performance, ensure operational excellence, and unlock new growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with a primary focus on direct mobile app publishers, while additionally supporting our growing portfolio of web and CTV publishers.
  • Own revenue performance and retention across your portfolio of publishers.
  • Monitor publisher performance and optimize monetization strategies with a primary focus on mobile apps (and select web and CTV publisher performance).
  • Identify growth opportunities, lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and drive account upselling to expand revenue potential with existing partners.
  • Coordinate closely with the Demand team, ad operations, product, and technical teams to resolve issues, improve performance, and align publisher inventory with buyer needs.
  • Work directly with the Product team to ensure the smooth onboarding and seamless technical integration of new publisher partners.
  • Actively brainstorm with the Product team to develop and shape new platform features based on publisher feedback and industry trends.
  • Represent BRAVE in ongoing strategic conversations with publisher monetization teams and at major industry conferences and expos.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, publisher success, or supply partnerships in ad tech.
  • Experience managing direct publisher relationships and supply platforms.
  • Strong SDK background: proven experience working at one of the major mobile SDK companies is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with publisher monetization heavily indexing on mobile app environments, alongside a working knowledge of web and CTV monetization mechanics and yield optimization.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally, with a strong track record of collaborating closely with Product and Technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of mobile monetization stacks, including mediation platforms, SDK integrations, and RTB dynamics.
  • Tech-forward mindset, including experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows to increase efficiency and performance.
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to translate performance insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to major industry conferences and in-person client meetings.
  • Native-level English; additional languages (French, Hebrew, Spanish, German) are a plus.
