Salary: ÂŁ32,000 with an OTE ÂŁ42,000

Full Time: Monday to Friday

The role: As one of their Account Managers, you will contribute to the success of the Company by providing customer relationship support that delivers a positive customer experience, promotes retention and product development. You will work closely with their sales team for training needs, their tech developers’ team to share product improvement needs and their clients to ensure they are well supported and trained in the functionality of the platform.

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer relationship: to become the customers' first point of contact and “trusted training advisor” including identifying future opportunities to add value to the account, increase spend and retain business by:
  • Act as the first point of contact for their customers, handling in-bound enquiries
