We are seeking a Bottling Operator to join our dynamic team and uphold our commitment to excellence in the bottling process. As a Bottling Operator at Brave New Spirits, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our whisky is bottled with the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate four-head filler machinery efficiently to bottle whisky.
  • Ensure all bottles are correctly and aesthetically labelled.
  • Palletise finished products securely for distribution.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on bottling equipment to ensure optimal function.
  • Monitor the production line and address any operational issues promptly.
  • Complete paperwork attributed to bottling operation.
  • Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in bottling or food and beverage production is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
