The Role: Due to NFU Mutuals continued growth, we are looking for an Account Handler to join the team. You will be responsible for supporting existing customer with policy changes, selling personal and commercial insurance products and making sure that you uphold their exceptional customer service standard. Responsibilities: Work with customers over the phone, by email, and in person to offer insurance solutions for their business and personal needs. Ensure that we deliver for our customers in a timely manner so that they have the cover that they need when they need it. Identity and promote our range of investment, pension and health & safety products. Get involved in our team initiatives so that we remain a great place to work. Attend events to meet customers, and to promote our services to potential new leads. Skills and Requirements: Previous sales experience would be ideal but is not a requirement Demonstrate Customer Service Skills Minimum GCSE C grade (or equivalent) in Maths and English Excellence communication skills both verbal and written Demonstrate problem solving ability, good attention to detail and willingness to use own initiative and judgement Consistently self-motivated to achieve and exceed targets with a strong interest in and commitment to self-development and learning JBRP1_UKTJ
