A world where complexity is the only constant demands a new breed of company. Brave Bison is a different beast: a media, marketing and technology company purpose built for the digital era. Our universe is made up of award-winning business arms Brave Bison Performance, Brave Bison Commerce and SocialChain. We’re underpinned by our very own social‑first media network who deliver monthly views in the billions for some of the biggest channels in sport and entertainment across YouTube, Snap, Meta and TikTok.
We’re a global collective who live and breathe digital, working with some of the boldest brands in the world to capitalise on the complexity that defines the modern marketing landscape. Our mission is to cut through the chaos, make the complex simple and navigate a clear path to growth for our clients by crafting dynamic digital solutions that outpace tomorrow’s challenges.
Our values:
- Bold – We run at change and challenge convention because we love to push the boundaries of what the world thinks is possible.
- Connected – We are focused in our collaboration — joining the right dots between our clients, our partners and our herd of experts to deliver agile solutions at speed and scale.
- Positive – We want to make working with us the best part of someone’s day. We lift one another up, find the fun in the day to day and are committed to ensuring everyone belongs.
- Constant – We believe in outcomes over outputs. We’re goal orientated, results driven and data‑led.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Social Creative who thinks like a creator, writes like a copywriter and lives inside the world of social. You might run your own channel, experiment with CapCut edits for fun, or constantly fire off one‑liners in group chats. You know how to spot a hook, shape an angle, and make content perform in the first two seconds because you instinctively get how fast attention moves.
This role is intentionally broad. You might be stronger in writing, or more natural behind the camera, or at your best stitching together a snappy motion edit. You don’t need to tick every box. If you’re wired for social storytelling and can switch between makeup today, pet care tomorrow and travel the day after, we’d love to talk.
Role & responsibilities:
- Social‑First Creative Development: Create platform‑native content across Meta, TikTok and other key social. Write engaging, high‑performing paid social copy including hooks, angles, CTAs, headlines and scroll‑stopping one‑liners. Produce or edit short‑form video using tools like CapCut, leveraging trends, memes, pacing and social storytelling techniques.
- Content Scouting and Ideation: Source UGC, creator‑style content, visuals and clips that match platform norms, brand needs and your chosen concept. Pull inspiration from social trends, memes, storytelling devices and cultural moments.
- Performance‑Led Creativity: Use performance data to learn fast, iterate smart and evolve ideas that drive results. Develop variations on hooks, angles and scripts to push tests.
Requirements:
- You are a social native: maybe you create content already, maybe you’ve built a following, maybe you just think in hooks.
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to blend insight, humour and storytelling into content that performs.
- Experience with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Meta and YouTube in any creative capacity.
- Comfortable editing quick‑turn short‑form video using CapCut or similar social‑first editing tools.
- Ability to switch tone, sector and style quickly, from beauty to pet care to travel to finance and everything in between.
- Curious, collaborative and adaptable, with an appetite for experimentation and creative iteration.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- AL proficiency: Able to use LLMs, CustomGPTs and generative image/video tools to speed up ideation, scripting, research and production.
What you’ll get:
- Dynamic working – flexible on where and when you work.
- Private medical insurance – peace of mind for you and your family.
- Income protection – covered for unplanned circumstances.
- Calm Subscription – mental wellbeing support.
- 25 days annual leave (increases to 27 after three years, up to max 30).
- Christmas closure – holiday days taken off.
- Birthdays off – one extra day to celebrate.
- Summer hours – leave early Fridays between June and August.
- OpenUp – unlimited coaching and counselling.
- Remote Working – work abroad for up to one month.
- Performance & Salary – reviewed twice a year.
