We are looking for a commercially astute, operationally excellent, and creatively driven Senior Account Director. You will oversee a team of Account Directors, Managers, and Executives, ensuring operational excellence, creative impact, and client satisfaction across all campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational & Creative Excellence: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of influencer and social campaigns.
- Client Delivery & Campaign Setup: Act as the day-to-day senior contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives.
- Commercial & Resource Management: Revenue forecasting, budget oversight, and commercial planning.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in account management or project leadership within a creative or social agency.
- Proven ability to deliver complex campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
- Strong operational and project management skills with a passion for creative excellence.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, influencer marketing, and content production.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Slides, Sheets, Excel, and project management tools.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
