The day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

  • Crafting best‑in‑class, cutting edge, insightful social work that puts people first.
  • Protecting the ideas and our client’s social accounts, ensuring all deadlines are met and budgets adhered to.
  • Championing the work and turning audience, cultural and behavioural insights into compelling social‑first creative ideas.
  • Demonstrating original thinking rather than simply participating in trends.
  • Working across the full spectrum of projects, from content ideation and creation to platform strategy, campaign development and managing shoots.

As a Creative, you are here to come up with best‑in‑class creative solutions, champion craft and help the work find its feet, come to life and reach its full potential. You are the gatekeeper of great work, which should be fiercely protected and evangelised with the team and wider agency.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

  • Social‑first content ideation – both pre‑planned and reactive ideation.
  • Clearly brief team members to execute production of your ideas.
  • Curiosity about AI, emerging technologies and new creative tools.
  • Mentor Junior Creatives and support their personal development.
  • Spotting reactive social media opportunities and creating the ensuing content.
  • Deliver your own projects keeping senior Creatives informed and up to date.
  • Copywriting.
  • Work with ACDs and Resource team to ensure workloads are managed and deadlines met.

Job requirements:

  • 3+ years working in Social marketing, Social PR or equivalent.
  • Experience working as a Senior Social Media Executive / Social Media Manager, or similar.
  • Proven experience within Social Campaign and Content projects.
  • A portfolio of consistent, social‑first work.
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic deck design skills are essential.
  • Basic video filming/editing skills.
  • Proven passion for social.
  • Ambition to create generation defining work.
