Role & responsibilities
The Brave Bison Growth team are looking for an experienced, organised and creatively minded events and podcasts manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of high-quality brand moments across the business — spanning events, podcasts and wider content-led initiatives. This role sits at the heart of our marketing and growth activity, working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring Brave Bison’s events, podcasts and brand storytelling to life — from initial briefing and logistics planning through to delivery and post-production. We’re going through a period of rapid and exciting growth and are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to creative ideas and can confidently manage multiple workstreams at once while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
To be successful in this role, you’ll be:
- Organised: you’re a natural project manager who loves plans, timelines and processes. You’re calm under pressure, highly efficient and able to juggle multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Confident: you’re comfortable leading meetings, managing senior stakeholders and acting as the main point of contact across productions — both internally and externally.
- Creative: you have a strong eye for detail and enjoy producing work that is not only well-run but creatively ambitious and on-brand.
- Collaborative: you build strong working relationships quickly and enjoy working closely with suppliers, partners and colleagues across the business.
- Proactive: you anticipate challenges before they arise, take ownership of your projects and see things through from start to finish.
Every day is different, but your core responsibilities will include:
- Project managing high-quality events and podcast productions from initial briefing through to planning, resourcing, delivery and post‑production, using project management tools to track timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications.
- Leading project meetings and acting as the main day-to-day point of contact for internal teams, external partners and suppliers throughout the full production lifecycle.
- Owning and managing production budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and on target.
- Owning podcast logistics end-to-end across Brave Bison’s owned podcasts, including guest outreach, scheduling and briefing, studio bookings and recording schedules.
- Coordinating internal production resource for podcasts and events, including hosts, videographers, editors and wider production support, and overseeing pre- and post-production workflows to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers (including venues, AV teams, printers and production partners), negotiating to ensure best value and quality.
- Line managing and scheduling in-house creative resource for events and podcasts, briefing teams clearly and ensuring workloads are planned, prioritised and delivered to agreed timelines.
Qualifications & skills requirements
- 3–4 years’ previous experience in a production role.
- Strong project management skills, ideally with experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent time management, strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to create clear, professional presentations when required.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence managing key stakeholders and building rapport with podcast guests, speakers and suppliers.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
