Responsibilities
- Write engaging, high-performing paid social copy including hooks, angles, CTAs, headlines and scroll-stopping one-liners.
- Produce or edit short‐form video using tools like CapCut, leveraging trends, memes, pacing and social storytelling techniques.
- Shape ad concepts that work faster than organic content, landing the message in Creative Strategy and Experimentation.
- Turn audience insights, platform trends and performance data into creative ideas and testable hypotheses.
- Collaborate with AdStudio strategists and designers to develop new angles, scripts, formats and testing variations.
Content Scouting & Ideation
- Source UGC, creator‐style content, visuals and clips that match platform norms, brand needs and chosen concept.
- Pull inspiration from social trends, memes, storytelling devices and culture.
Performance‐Led Creativity
- Use performance data to learn fast, iterate smart and evolve ideas that drive results.
- You're a social native: maybe you create content already, maybe you've built a following, maybe you just think in hooks.
Qualifications
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to blend insight, humour and storytelling into content that performs.
- Experience with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Meta & YouTube in any creative capacity (creator, copywriter, editor, strategist).
- Comfortable editing quick‐turn short‐form video using CapCut or similar social‐first editing tools.
- Ability to switch tone, sector and style quickly, from beauty to pet care to travel to finance and everything in between.
- Curious, collaborative and adaptable, with an appetite for experimentation and creative iteration.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- AI proficiency: Able to use LLMs, CustomGPTs and generative image/video tools to speed up ideation, scripting, research and production.
