We are seeking highly motivated individuals with hands-on experience in the affiliate marketing sector. The successful candidate will be exceptionally self-motivated, proactive and articulate, with a strong work ethic and able to work in a target driven environment. They must possess strong communication and analytical skills and can work well under pressure. In addition, successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a team, and work from time to time in isolation. Most importantly we are looking to attract candidates who are enthusiastic with a passion to excel and are committed to forging a long-term career at Greenlight Digital. You will be reporting directly into the Head of Display and Affiliates.

Role & responsibility

  • Day to day account management of several existing Greenlight Digital Affiliate clients
  • Managing technical side of affiliate program management from program set up to account maintenance
  • Liaise with the Client Services teams to ensure we are fulfilling client requirements
  • Attend client facing meetings on a periodical basis to present program performance and next phase strategy
  • Identifying, qualifying and onboarding new affiliate partners
  • Proactively managing relationships with affiliates, publishers and tech providers through consistent contact
  • Building new affiliate relationships through research, identification & outreach
  • Promote clients’ offers through various communication methods
  • Monitoring affiliate campaign activity, analyse performance and identify areas of improvement
  • Monthly client validations with affiliate networks such as tradedoubler, Optimise, AWIN, Webgains
  • Technical experience and knowledge of the above affiliate platforms
  • Play an active role in the continued development and growth of our business through your skills and experience
  • Utilise opportunities to network (via events, social media, informal meetings, telephone & email) and increase awareness of Greenlight Affiliates in a professional and respectful manner
  • Work in tandem with other Greenlight Digital channel managers to deliver a seamless digital marketing strategy success and growth with shared goals and KPIs

Qualification & skills requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within the affiliate marketing sector
  • Track record in demonstrating clear understanding of affiliate strategy development and evidence of success in implementing strategy
  • Clear understanding of technical integration of tracking code, and experience with GTM and other tech stacks and affiliate software
  • Understanding of and experience in complementary digital marketing channels, e.g. PPC, SEO, Display, Analytics
  • Demonstration of the ability to identify and engage with new publishers to recruit to individual programs via telephone, IM and email
  • Exemplary understanding of both Cost per Sale and Cost per Lead activity
  • Strong network of contacts – tech providers & publishers
  • Highly analytical and great attention to detail
  • A high achiever with initiative and desire to succeed through promotion over time
  • Strong internal communication and presentation skills
