The Role
We are rapidly expanding our dynamic team and are looking for a passionate, charismatic, and highly organised German speaking Account Manager. Reporting to the Account Director, you will play a central role in the day-to-day management and delivery of social-first and influencer campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. You are a proactive and enthusiastic team member with a keen eye for detail and a passion for social and creator culture.
You'll be responsible for translating client needs into actionable plans, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and content production, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract (FTC) role, with the potential to extend based on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Campaign Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients on assigned accounts, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs and production plans.
- Support the Account Director in managing campaign execution, including timelines, budgets, KPIs, and reporting, resource, production process and set-up and spend management.
- Responsible for creator communications, invoicing and input and manage data in influencer management tools (e.g., CreatorIQ).
- Monitor project deadlines and budgets, flagging any risks or changes.
- Sourcing diverse talent and managing logistics and third party providers to compile reports.
- Support on talent/UGC contracting.
- Act as a runner on shoots where necessary.
- Lead campaign kick-offs, status updates, and post-campaign analysis.
- Maintain central documentation and admin accuracy.
- Operational & Creative Execution
- Manage assigned projects end-to-end, including shoot production, third-party contracting, and delivery.
- Organise and host pre-production meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and accountable.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Paid Media, Talent, Studio) to ensure quality and consistency.
- Write and maintain project documentation including timelines, trackers, WIPs, and reconciliation reports.
- Support with social media management, content planning, talent briefing, and asset delivery.
- Run shoots effectively.
- Commercial & Financial Management
- Support with budget tracking, revenue reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Identify and manage scope creep and incremental revenue opportunities.
- Work with the Account Director, Business Director and Production Director to cost additional campaigns or scope changes.
- Team Collaboration & Development
- Support the Account Director in delegating work to Account Executives and mentoring junior team members.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture aligned with agency values.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and upskilling on best practices.
- Strategic & Creative Contribution
- Support pitch development for new business opportunities.
- Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3+ years of experience in client services or project management within a social, digital, or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content production.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, scopes, and financial documentation.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive in identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- Proficient in Keynote, Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, Ziflow, and project management and estimation tools.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for social media.
