We are looking for a highly organised and proactive

Influencer Account Manager to support the planning, management, and delivery of an influencer marketing campaigns.

Reporting to an Senior Account Manager, you will play a central role in campaign execution, talent management, administration, and client delivery.

You are passionate about social media, creator culture, and influencer marketing.

You have excellent attention to detail, are a confident communicator and negotiator, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

As a trusted member of the team, you will help ensure campaigns run smoothly from influencer sourcing through to reporting, while maintaining strong relationships with creators, agents, clients, and internal stakeholders.

This is a 4 Month Fixed Term Contract role, with the potential to extend based on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Sourcing & Management
  • Research, identify, evaluate, and shortlist influencers, content creators, and UGC talent aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
  • Conduct influencer outreach and relationship management, ensuring culturally relevant communication and strong creator relationships.
  • Support fee negotiations and contract administration, ensuring agreements are accurate, compliant, and aligned to campaign budgets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agents, keeping talent databases and rosters up to date.
  • Stay informed on emerging creators, platform developments, audience trends.
  • Campaign Coordination & Logistics
  • Coordinate all influencer logistics, including content timelines, deliverables, and third‑party providers
  • Ensure creators clearly understand campaign objectives, deliverables, brand guidelines, and approval processes.
  • Monitor campaign progress and proactively flag risks, issues, or delays to senior team members.
  • Maintain accurate timing plans, status reports, and project documentation throughout campaign delivery.
  • Tools, Data & Reporting
  • Input, update, and manage influencer data using platforms such as Creator IQ®, ensuring all fields, tags, and records are accurate.
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate creator records, campaign tracking, deliverables, and performance data.
  • Support campaign reporting by collating insights, gathering performance metrics, and identifying key learnings.
  • Maintain organised documentation, tracking sheets, and records to ensure operational excellence and transparency
  • Contribute insights and recommendations based on social media trends, platform developments, and creator-led content opportunities.
  • Financial & Administrative Oversight
  • Support campaign budgeting through accurate tracking of influencer fees and project costs.
  • Process talent contracts, invoices, and payment documentation, ensuring compliance and timely approvals.
  • Maintain records relating to usage rights, contractual agreements, deliverables, and payment schedules.
  • Ensure campaign administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Paid Media, Talent, and Production) to align influencer output with campaign goals.
  • Support internal communication by maintaining accurate records of meetings, actions, and project updates.
  • Ensure all creator content meets brand, legal, and quality standards before approval and publication.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years' experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, or a creative agency environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Confident relationship builder and negotiator, comfortable working with creators, agents, clients, and internal teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Passionate about social media, influencer marketing, creator culture, and emerging platform trends.
  • Commercially aware, able to balance budgets, priorities, and campaign objectives.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools such as Creator IQ,
