About Brave Bison Performance: With over 20 years experience growing our clients’ businesses through digital media, we help brands leverage the right data, right partners and right tech to capitalise on complexity and supercharge their online growth.
Your role includes:
- Working directly with clients to plan, forecast and implement online campaigns.
- Regular reporting and presenting of campaign performance across multiple channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, Display & Social Media).
- Analysing campaign results and related data to identify opportunities.
- Working directly with the delivery teams to plan and deliver campaigns.
- Supporting and leading (where necessary) the delivery teams with performance forecasting.
- Leading in the management of day-to-day communications with the client.
- Ensuring roadmaps are kept up to date and shared regularly with the client.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of your clients’ sector and market trends.
- Identifying the clients’ need for other services and up/cross-sell relevant.
- Maintaining the agency’s high client retention rate by developing and fostering long lasting client relationships.
- Managing monthly client billing, liaising with finance to ensure accuracy.
- Contributing to new business pitches, working with Account Director and delivery teams.
Qualification & skills requirements:
- Min 2 years’ experience in online marketing channels, particularly Paid Media & SEO.
- Highly motivated, undaunted by rewarding hard work and passionate about digital.
- Good knowledge of analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent persuasive written skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Impeccable project management skills.
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise and manage time across multiple workstreams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience of proactively identifying new business opportunities, problem solving and creative thinking.
- Confident at developing new relationships.
