Your Role: The Brave Bison's Media Network are on the hunt for a hungry, outgoing, and versatile Commercial & Partnerships Director to support our ambitious growth plans. The Commercial & Partnerships Director leads the development and execution of revenue-generating partnerships and commercial agreements across Brave Bison’s Media Network. This role is responsible for building long-term relationships with platforms, brands, agencies, and strategic partners and clients to create and distribute media, content, and advertising solutions. Working closely with sales, content, marketing, and platform teams, the Director identifies new business opportunities, negotiates commercial agreements, and drives partnership strategies that enhance audience engagement and maximize commercial performance for us and our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the commercial partnerships strategy across Brave Bison’s Media Network to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, platforms, publishers, and media owners.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract development, partnership agreements and client negotiations to maximize value and long-term business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams including client leads, content, marketing, social, and production to deliver integrated partnership campaigns and solutions.
- Drive new business development by proactively identifying emerging market trends, partnership opportunities, and revenue streams.
- Oversee the creation of tailored commercial proposals, sponsorship packages, and media solutions aligned to client objectives.
- Monitor partnership performance, campaign delivery, and commercial KPIs to ensure revenue targets and client satisfaction are achieved.
- Represent Brave Bison’s Media Network at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and generate new opportunities.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to commercial, partnership and broader team members where applicable.
- Work closely with platform partners such as YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and other digital ecosystems to maximize monetisation opportunities.
- Analyse market and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy and maintain a competitive positioning within the digital media landscape.
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting for senior leadership stakeholders.
- Ensure all partnerships and commercial activities align with brand values, legal requirements, and company objectives.
