You will drive new business across the UK corporate market and beyond. This is a fullâcycle role: outbound â qualification â discovery â pitch â negotiation â close.
Key Responsibilities
- Break into senior marketing organisations using Challenger Sales or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
- Run structured, MEDDPICCâaligned qualification for every opportunity.
- Build pipeline through targeted, insightâled outbound activity.
- Sell to senior UK decisionâmakers (CMO, Marketing Director, HR/L&D).
- Close multiâseat corporate deals across the UK, Europe and North America.
- Collaborate with Marketing on ABM and territory strategy.
Success Measures
- Generate 4â6 qualified outbound meetings weekly within 9â12 months.
- Close ÂŁ600kâÂŁ1m+ of annual new business in year one.
- Open netânew enterprise accounts.
- Run consistently strong Challengerâstyle discovery and value framing.
- Maintain clear, accurate, upâtoâdate CRM data at all times.
What You Bring
- 5+ years UK B2B new business experience (L&D, SaaS, consulting, media or similar).
- Proven outbound capability and confidence in enterprise prospecting.
- Experience selling to senior UK marketing leaders.
- Challenger Sales mindset (nonânegotiable).
- HubSpot/CRM discipline (nonânegotiable).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
