Bravada Marketing is an independent, brand-first digital marketing agency helping ambitious businesses grow through performance marketing across Meta and Google Ads. We’re trusted by some of the most exciting brands in fashion, beauty and lifestyle, including Fred Perry, Studio Nicholson, Rodial, Margaret Howell, Maharishi and Longchamp, alongside high-growth start-ups and scale-ups. We’re growing quickly, and this is a rare opportunity to join at an exciting stage — working closely with a small, high-performing team where your impact will be felt immediately.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Account Manager to take ownership of strategic delivery across a portfolio of accounts, lead senior client relationships, and drive performance across paid social and paid search. This is a senior role for someone who can confidently operate between:
- Client leadership (trust-building, performance comms, commercial guidance)
You’ll play a key part in raising delivery standards internally, coaching junior team members, and helping Bravada scale in a way that remains high quality and values-led.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead paid media strategies that align to client business goals, trading calendars and commercial targets
- Translate performance into clear plans, not just reporting what happened
- Create structured testing roadmaps (creative, audiences, messaging, landing page)
- Identify opportunities for performance uplift and account expansion through planning and channel mix
You’ll lead and oversee campaign performance across key platforms, with strong hands-on capability in:
- Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) - Full-funnel structures, creative iteration, audience strategy, scaling and efficiency optimisation
- Google Ads (Search, Performance Max and YouTube) - Keyword strategy and scaling with profitable targets
- TikTok Ads - Testing strategy, creative performance analysis, scaling frameworks
You’ll be expected to make confident decisions with budgets, account structure, testing priorities and optimisations and clearly communicate the “why” behind those decisions.
Creative Testing & Performance Improvement
At senior level, Bravada expects you to lead performance improvement through creative testing. Raise creative quality through feedback and insights. Analyse creative performance by angles, hooks, formats and funnel stage. Turn campaign learnings into repeatable frameworks. Work closely with the team to ensure accounts never stagnate.
We’re not looking for someone who only knows how to execute in-platform, we want someone who can move performance through intelligent iteration.
Client Ownership & Stakeholder Management
You’ll act as the senior lead for your client pod, building deep trust through clarity, proactive communication and strong delivery.
- Lead client calls, performance reviews and strategy sessions
- Manage expectations confidently, including when performance is challenging
- Translate complex performance into simple commercial language
- Create long-term retention through results, relationships and high standards
Reporting, Insights & Commercial Decision Making
Create and deliver monthly reporting that’s clear, useful and action-led. Identify what’s driving change in performance. Use insights to guide budget allocation, scaling decisions, channel prioritisation and testing focus. Provide recommendations that improve efficiency while protecting brand performance long-term.
Team Leadership & Coaching
Line manage and mentor junior team members. Improve internal standards through coaching, feedback and best practice. Support smoother workflows and better delivery across the team. Help build a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
Measurement, Attribution & Data
Digest complex datasets to inform media planning and strategic decisions. Use GA4, Shopify Analytics + Looker Studio to identify trends, opportunities and risks. Support measurement reliability across pixel/CAPI/GA4/GTM. Work confidently with multi-touch attribution software such as Triple Whale.
