Brava Hospitality is seeking a Junior IT Project Manager to join our growing team and deliver technology projects across our restaurant brands, including Prezzo Italian. This role isn’t desk-bound: you’ll travel the UK, inspect sites, coordinate cabling and POS installations, and help tests and go-lives.
You’ll own IT workstreams for refurbishments and openings, collaborate with restaurant teams, Operations, suppliers and vendors, and ensure systems are in place, tested and ready to trade.
