This is a Registered Manager role in a highly specialist adult service, with a team that knows its work and wants to be the best at it. The service supports adults of all ages with complex and multiple needs, including autism, learning and physical disabilities, ADHD and epilepsy. Many of the people supported have several of these needs at once. Why this role stands out A specialist setting. The role Act as the CQC Registered Manager for a group of residential services Lead a team made up of a deputy, senior support workers, support workers, night staff and bank staff, including supervisions and appraisals Manage staffing, the rota and the operational budget for your services Lead on MCA, DoLS, safeguarding and CQC notifications, and keep your teams inspection-ready Be the main contact for families What you'll bring Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or Level 4 and willing to complete Level 5 Management experience in adult learning disability, autism or complex care. This role needs more than experience in older people's or dementia care alone. Experience managing more than one service or staff team Registered Manager experience is preferred. Experienced deputies ready to take on CQC registration within six months will also be considered.
