Brava Education is working with a special school in South West London supporting pupils with complex needs, who need an experienced Interim Middle Leader to join the school ASAP through to the end of the autumn term.
This is a teaching-led Middle Leader role, combining classroom teaching with wider leadership responsibility within the phase.
The role currently includes around 3.5 to 4 days of teaching and 1 to 1.5 days of non-teaching leadership time, with leadership expected to increase.
