This is an interim Inclusion Lead role in a special school, adding capacity to the school's SEND and inclusion work with a particular focus on EHCPs.
You will work closely with the Deputy Headteacher leading pastoral and inclusion, and report to the Headteacher and the Deputy Headteacher (Inclusion).

The role
- Review EHCPs and clear the current backlog- Provide additional capacity across SEND and inclusion processes- Work alongside the Deputy Headteacher (Pastoral and Inclusion)- Possibly provide some light teaching support, such as basic English and maths. This is not required for candidates from a leadership or SENCo background
What you'll bring
