The role
- Lead quality of education and teaching and learning across the school- Develop curriculum structure, sequencing and assessment cycles- Line manage and coach curriculum leaders- Lead lesson observation, feedback and CPD- Be a visible presence around the school, building relationships with staff and pupils quickly- Model or co-teach where asked
What you'll bring
- Experience at Deputy Headteacher level or above- A strong track record in curriculum, assessment and teaching and learning- Current, confident knowledge of the new Ofsted framework- The ability to work at pace within an established improvement plan
