You will lead the pastoral domain, supporting behaviour, attendance, inclusion and safeguarding across the school, while working with a second Deputy Head who holds the quality of education brief.
You will line manage assistant heads, coach senior leaders, and ensure trauma-informed practice. There is no timetabled teaching, and you will report to the Head with SLT support.
