Brava Education is working with a welcoming maintained early years school in North West London to appoint an Interim Headteacher for the full academic year, September 2026 to July 2027. This is a rare part-time headship, around 3.5 days per week. However, 5 days will be considered if that is the candidate's preference.

The role
- Provide confident leadership for a settled school community
- Lead the school through its Ofsted window, which opens in September
- Work within a managed budget plan agreed with the local authority, which is on track
- Full handover from the outgoing headteacher at the start of term
About you
- An early years leader, or a primary leader with genuine early years experience
- Established headteachers and experienced deputies ready to step up to a first headship are both encouraged to apply
- Ofsted experience is a strong advantage given the timing
- General SEND experience is welcome; specialist SEND is covered in-house
- Comfortable leading a small, close-knit setting
