Temporary for one year in the first instance due to SEND funding

£26,851.82 - £27,280.37 FTE

28.75 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Hours of work: 8.30am - 3.20pm Monday - Friday

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who will be classroom based with some SEND support.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has a real desire to support children to achieve the best that they can and be ‘Positive Thinkers and Lifelong Learners’
  • has experience of working in early years or in a school setting
  • is able to maintain an inner calm and confidence and be able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff
  • is enthusiastic, highly committed, a good communicator and enjoys working with children
  • has high expectations of what all children can achieve
  • is hard working and dedicated
  • is resilient and able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative
