Support the Construction Manager (CM) as required in their day-to-day duties and responsibilities. E.g. maintain all necessary spreadsheets, records, diaries, create/compile bespoke reports, compile job sheets, customer scheduling site visits, customer/client meetings, purchase orders, surveys and supplier information, etc. Training provided as required and recommended by the CM

Support the CM to record warranty breakdowns, identifying root cause. Identify trends and action as required, aiming to reduce levels in line with company objectives.

Assist the CM to manage and maintain customer databases/portals as per contract requirement.

Support all areas of the business as appropriate (e.g. repair team, project team, sales team, administration team and compliance) with clear, accurate and timely communication and information as and when required

Maintain an ongoing dialogue with customers/clients regarding the condition of the project

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls as appropriate

Monitor and distribute incoming emails from shared inboxes

Liaise with customers to ensure work is carried out at a mutually convenient time

Work with our management team to ensure data protection compliance

Attend and minute Project Team and engineer meetings, etc. Attend other management meetings as required

Proven administration experience preferred

Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office preferred

Strong organisational skills with high level of attention to detail and accuracy
