Excellent proficiency in Microsoft office applications including word, powerpoint and outlook with strong excel skills.
You will be working for this employer of choice with the most welcoming team.
The Home condition team are responsible for delivering in house programme of condition surveys to a minimum of 20% of their homes and blocks each year, on a 5 year cycle.
Your role will be to arrange appointments and booking, for the home condition surveys, and no two days will be the same!
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment and revel in delivering a varied workload!
From managing the team mailbox, and diaries, for your allocated surveys, this will help ensure that the surveyors can work efficiently and effectively.
You will be sending texts, letters, emails and liaising with residents to answer queries showing empathy and professionalism.
This will be a temporary role for around 12 weeks roughly and if all goes well will see you transition into permanent.
