Responsibilities
- We're looking for an outdoor experiential learning and development consultant who can create and deliver high quality, bespoke development programmes that meet the specific needs of Brathay’s clients.
- Alongside design and delivery of programmes you will manage the client relationship, ensuring continuity of approach from booking to programme completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and delivery of bespoke experiential learning for clients including apprentice, graduate and first line manager groups.
- Client relationship management and business development of existing and new clients.
- Engage with research and the corporate sector to ensure provision remains innovative.
- Contribute to the wider People Development and delivery teams to ensure outstanding client experiences.
- Understand relevant training techniques in experiential learning such as reflective practice, emotional intelligence, challenge by choice and nature as co‑teacher.
- Have exceptional facilitation skills and be experienced at facilitating groups at all levels within organisations across a variety of industry sectors.
- Demonstrate an organised and planned approach to client relationship management.

- You are committed to the practice of experiential education in an outdoor setting.
