The predicted salary is between 11.7 - 14.3 £ per hour.

Brat is an open-fire kitchen restaurant where fantastic sourcing and grill/wood oven-based cooking are at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Bring

  • A friendly, engaging presence with a genuine love for hospitality.
  • Proven experience in a busy, high-energy restaurant setting.
  • Familiarity with reservation platforms such as Seven Rooms (or the confidence to learn quickly).
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A passion for the London food scene, and fresh seasonal produce.
  • Full UK right to work documentation.
