We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Brasserie General Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operation of our Brasserie and deliver outstanding service standards across the department.

About the Role

As Brasserie General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full operation of the Brasserie, ensuring exceptional guest experience, strong financial performance, and effective team leadership. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence while maintaining the high standards expected within The Arts Club. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone with strong hospitality experience, excellent people management skills, and a genuine passion for food, service, and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of the Brasserie to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Brasserie team
  • Manage recruitment, training, rotas, payroll, stock control, and ordering
  • Maintain exceptional guest and member experience standards
  • Monitor departmental performance and operational reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety, and licensing regulations
  • Drive team engagement, retention, and development through effective leadership
  • Work collaboratively with senior management and attend weekly operational meetings
  • Support revenue growth through service excellence and upselling initiatives

About You
