What We’re Offering:
- Hourly salary: £15/hour (inclusive of Tronc)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute daily pastry production (doughs, creams, assembly)
- Supervise, train, and motivate pastry commis and apprentices, ensuring a positive culture
- Contribute to the development of seasonal desserts and daily specials
- Manage raw material orders and inventories while ensuring optimal stock rotation
- Follow technical sheets strictly, control portions, and minimise waste to meet margin targets
- Guarantee strict adherence to HACCP hygiene and safety standards and maintain a spotless pastry lab
