Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a group of brasseries across all HR areas: employee admin, career development, recruitment, training, employee relations, and internal communication.
- Handle day-to-day HR admin (contracts, health insurance, medical check-ups, terminations, etc.).
- Help onboard new employees.
- Be the go-to person for all HR questions from the operations teams you support.
- Guide and support managers on disciplinary issues.
- Help restaurant managers recruit staff for your locations.
- Roll out HR processes across all areas.
- Take part in internal communication and employee well-being projects.
- Set up and run training programmes.
- Support career growth and talent management in your brasseries.
- You liaise with the HR office in Paris.

We're Looking For Experience & Qualities:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in restaurants or hospitality.
- Attention to detail and good organisation.
- Curious, hands-on, and proactive.
- Good at spotting problems and finding solutions quickly.
- Keen to learn and happy to share knowledge.
- A team player.
- Speaking French is a real asset.
