Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a group of brasseries across all HR areas: employee admin, career development, recruitment, training, employee relations, and internal communication.
  • Handle day-to-day HR admin (contracts, health insurance, medical check-ups, terminations, etc.).
  • Help onboard new employees.
  • Be the go-to person for all HR questions from the operations teams you support.
  • Guide and support managers on disciplinary issues.
  • Help restaurant managers recruit staff for your locations.
  • Roll out HR processes across all areas.
  • Take part in internal communication and employee well-being projects.
  • Set up and run training programmes.
  • Support career growth and talent management in your brasseries.
  • You liaise with the HR office in Paris.

This list is not set in stone — you will also have the chance to get involved in other HR projects if you wish.

We’re Looking For Experience & Qualities:

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in restaurants or hospitality.
  • Attention to detail and good organisation.
  • Curious, hands-on, and proactive.
  • Good at spotting problems and finding solutions quickly.
  • Keen to learn and happy to share knowledge.
  • A team player.
  • Speaking French is a real asset.

Position based in London. Salary dependent on experience. Please note: All applicants must hold a valid visa or the right to work in the UK.
