We’re looking for high-energy talent to join the family. The Role
As a Floor Manager – you are the guardian of how we serve. You own service quality on the floor, lead training, coach performance and ensure every guest receives confident, generous and consistent hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the pre-service briefing and ensure smooth handovers in the absence of senior management
- Manage Head Waiters, Commis, and Runners
- Step directly into service during peak times when needed
- Handle reservations and prepare the seating plan
- Welcome guests and oversee table setup
- Monitor key performance indicators (margins, bar cost, Google rating, etc.)
- Manage cash handling and weekly cash reconciliation
- Conduct inventory checks and organize daily and periodic tasks (cleaning/maintenance)
- Welcome and onboard new team members
- Ensure strong coordination with the kitchen team
