Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, and on-target earnings of £15 to £15.50 per hour including TRONC.
We pride ourselves on fresh, seasonal dishes across our cosy pubs and brasseries, including Brasserie Blanc. We’re looking for passionate individuals with 3–4 years’ kitchen progression, capable of working across multiple sections and following recipes.
